As an elementary school teacher, I worked closely with children and saw how struggles with focus, anxiety, and emotional regulation were quickly labeled as ADHD, anxiety, or depression.
The more I observed, the more I realized the real issue wasn’t a diagnosis—it was a lack of education and support around the nervous system.
